In Spain a lot of grooms choose September to marry and usually weather's nice into early fall, in fact all people in Spain know the famous proverb 'San Miguel's veranilllo' and San Miguel is 29th of September. However this year we have started the fall full of rain. We decided to write this post to encourage all grooms to celebrate their weddings these days-boiled and you don´t think that your wedding will be lackluster.

If you get married and it's raining you must think that when everything goes wrong...you should keep on smiling. You have the most important thing: your friends and family and the person who loves you... ¡smile! It's the best way for the rain and a gray day goes to the background.

We have more arguments to convince you that even with rain on your wedding day can be the best. Normally, the rain is well received for the benefits in the countryside. We can find in the collection of sayings most references to weddings rain: "Marriage rainy, happy bride" or "Marriage rainy, happy marriage" (This rhyme is a translation of the French "Mariage pluvieux, mariage hereux"). The best example is the bride in this photo:

In Spain one of the most famous wedding rain was the crown prince wedding, Felipe with Letizia, this wedding was 22th of May, eight years ago. When you can´t fight against the enemy you can go with him together. From oh!myWedding we recommend integrate accessories for rainy days in the look or as a decorative element in your wedding. Here are some examples we've seen in Pinterest.
